In an earlier interview with Hindustan Times, Jhangiani had spoken candidly about Dabas’ accident. She said the accident was scary, but her husband recovered quickly. She said: “I’m so happy that I can talk about it now that we’ve got this all behind us. We were very, very afraid. It was scary immediately after the accident, especially because he had such a severe concussion. Now he is doing much better and feels much more comfortable. Of course, he hasn’t fully resumed work yet. He’s taking it slow.” After the accident, the couple also postponed the upcoming season of their arm wrestling league.

On the work front, Dabas was last seen in Tahira Kashyap Khurrana’s Sharmajee Ki Beti, where he worked opposite Divya Dutta. He starred alongside Sakshi Tanwar and Saiyami Kher. Jhangiani, on the other hand, made her comeback in 2023 with SonyLIV’s Kafas.
