Luxembourg nationwide test of the “LU-Alert” warning system on Tuesday

As part of the introduction of the population warning system “LU-Alert”, a nationwide test of the new “Cell Broadcast” channel will be carried out on Tuesday, October 22nd in the morning. This alert appears as an urgent notification on mobile devices, accompanied by an audible tone and vibration – even when phones are muted or locked.
